Uncle Pappa ' s Barbecue: Daniel Hill knows barbecue. He and his family are a regular fixure at downtown events, local and regional festivals, and provide catering for private events. Our unbiased opinion is that nobody does barbecue like Uncle Pappa ' s. Melt-in-your mouth tri-tip, brisket, ribs, beans, mac and cheese, and all the fixings.
