ellers don’t miss out! The urgency is here! There are many buyers out
looking for their new home and they are finding there are just not
enough homes. The inventory is very low and this is the busiest time
of the year. The supply cannot keep up with the current demand for number
of houses needed to sell. Buyers search the internet daily to see if new homes
pop up on the market. The open houses are busy with potential buyers and
many times the homes sell right away with multiple offers.
If you are considering selling in 2017, now is the time to be ready before
the Spring weather. April is predicted to have even more homes become
available, so you can reach the buyers that are ready to buy now. Sellers
may get a great price plus not have competition with a lot of other homes on
the market. Many homes are selling over asking price.
Interest rates are still low but are predicted to rise during 2017. A rise in
interest rate causes qualifying issues where buyers may not be able to qualify
for the house they want or be able to purchase as much house. This causes
an urgency for the buyers to buy soon.
