Local Street Repair Program Update
T
his month, the City crews began street
repair within the residential area bordered
by I.O.O.F. Ave, Monterey Road, Las
Animas Avenue and Highway 101 (Zone 4B). De-
tailed information regarding affected streets in this
phase are shown on map to the right. For residents
living in this area, we appreciate your patience as
we work to improve your residential streets. Please
drive safely around our crews and follow all signs
and markers in the work areas.
The Local Street Repair program addresses the
repair of residential streets (not major arterials and
collector streets). There may be some residential
streets in this area that require more extensive
repair than the Local Street Program can provide.
These streets will be assessed for a possible Capital
Improvement Project, which is a separate program
from the Local Street Repair Program.
Updates to progress and affected locations will
be posted on the city website in an effort to keep
residents informed. Please drive safely around our
crews and follow all signs and markers in the
work areas.
For questions regarding this work please call
408.846.0281.
