P
eggy is blessed with a head for finances and a heart
for her community. She has devoted 30-plus years
of her career to the financial services industry. Peggy
climbed the ladder from clerk to owner of an insurance
firm specializing in estate and business succession planning,
always carving out time to further her professional
education. She and her husband Craig Martin co-founded
Family Wealth Consultants, Inc., A Registered Investment
Advisory Firm, which provides comprehensive financial
planning and wealth management services.
For many years, Peggy has also devoted herself to
philanthropy and community service. As a past president
of Silicon Valley Planned Giving Council, she participated
in the Incubator Project, which supports nonprofits in
developing planned giving policies and procedures. This

led to her involvement with the Santa Clara County Girl
Scouts, Silicon Valley Children’s Fund, Hospice of the Valley,
and Loaves & Fishes.
Currently, Peggy is President of the Morgan Hill Branch
of the American Association of University Women. AAUW
connects girls and women with educational opportunities
through scholarships and programs such as Tech Trek, Girls
Engaged in Math & Science, and Future Business Leaders.
The Morgan Hill Branch awarded her a scholarship to par-
ticipate in Leadership Morgan Hill in 2014, and named her
Philanthropist of the Year in 2015. Peggy has also served as
a board member and contributes her expertise as current
Treasurer for the Morgan Hill Community Foundation.
Peggy holds a Master’s degree in Financial Services. Her
passion is legacy planning. She is also a great cook!
