HEARTS OF GILROY
Fun, fashion and generous hearts were the winners at Community Solutions’
12th Annual Hearts of Gilroy Women’s Luncheon & Auction on May 5th. Com-
munity Solutions honored Konni Thomas with the Heart of Gilroy Award in
recognition of her enthusiastic and contagious spirit of giving. A young survivor
of human trafficking shared the moving account of her experience and her
journey towards healing. Altogether, thousands of dollars were raised to support
Community Solutions’ programs to improve the lives of local children and
families affected by abuse, violence and mental health issues. What a difference
was made in a day!
