MORGAN HILL MUSHROOM MARDI GRAS FESTIVAL
MUSHROOM MARDI GRAS IN 39th YEAR
Families and individuals came from near and far to attend
the 39th Annual Morgan Hill Mushroom Mardi Gras. Festi-
val goers enjoyed a variety of gourmet food while shopping
at the many vendor booths including handcrafted
artists and crafters and retail merchandise. The entertain-
ment was top notch both days with two stages of bands to
choose from. Kids enjoyed the many rides and games in
Munchkinland. Mushroom enthusiasts enjoyed the
Mushroom Expo with samples of blended meat & mush-
room meatballs and cooking demonstrations by local and
celebrity chefs. The perfect weather contributed to the best
year financially in the 14 years since the festival
moved to Downtown Morgan Hill. Proceeds from the
festival support the organization’s scholarship fund and
monetary donations to education as well as keeping the
festival free admission.
