We know the don’ts—don’t
smoke, don’t overeat, don’t isolate
yourself from the world, don’t think
of the negative, don’t stress…etc.
SuperAgers stay away from “the
don’ts.” SuperAgers are a sharp group
of older adults over 80 who have
memories as alert as healthy people
who are decades younger than they
are. (My SuperAger inspiration was
my Grandpa who lived a vibrant life
to 110!). But not everyone can be a
SuperAger. We can, however, try to
be our healthiest version of ourselves.
SuperAgers and others who “age with
an attitude” very defi nitely have brain
health as a priority. So should you.
