Hyde Park, NY. She
managed Research
and Development for
Gilroy Foods and in the
past ten years she was
involved in their frozen
vegetable business,
heading up Business
Development, Sales
and Marketing.
Th e word “caulifl ower”
derives from the Italian
caoli fi ori, meaning “cabbage
fl ower.” With its tightly
knit, creamy fl orets, and
green leaved base, a head
of caulifl ower is really a
beautiful thing. And its
versatility in the kitchen has
inspired chefs everywhere to
experiment with new ways
of cooking it.
