We added a round of Italian coffee to chase it all down and we simply cleaned the plates . You can ’ t go wrong with any of the dessert choices . I say go big or go home .
After all that food and fun , we had to walk it off . We bid farewell to our awesome host Daniel and his staff , made our way outside and took a leisurely stroll through downtown Morgan Hill . I was inspired by the bustling vibe of Saturday night , the ambient light provided by twinkling lights illuminating every tree above , and the sounds of our conversation and laughter filling the air . I concluded two things . First — what a great night spent with great people . Second — this is what a downtown should feel like . Kudos to you , downtown Morgan Hill .

Experience their friendly , accommodating staff , wonderful wines ( many from local vineyards ), amazing appetizers and entrees ( with a few gluten-free options ), and delectable desserts for yourself . You will be delighted . They are able to host groups of all sizes indoors or outside on their dining patio . Maurizio ’ s Ristorante Italiano is the home of authentic Italian cuisine , and an iconic south county gem . Reservations are suggested . To great times , great food , and great health .
