GILROY ASSISTANCE LEAGUE
IMPRESSIONS HOME TOUR
The Gilroy Assistance League (GALs) welcomed over 500 guests
to its 15th Annual Impressions Home & Garden Tour with a
"Walk Back in Time” walking tour of five charming homes plus a
lovely garden and boutique. The tour was held in the downtown
residential area of Gilroy with five homes originally built between
1930 and 1963.
The Gilroy Assistance League is a non-profit corporation of
35 active members providing grants to local health and recreation
programs, visual and performing arts, and numerous other youth
oriented projects in the area. Last year, the organization awarded
over $22,000 in grants.
LEADERSHIP GILROY
SPRING FLING
Leadership Gilroy hosted its 5th annual Spring Fling event on April
13 th at Fortino Winery. Guests enjoyed a beautiful outdoor setting,
great food, a variety of wines, and live music. Jaime Rosso was
presented with an inaugural LIFT award in recognition of his out-
standing leadership in the community. There were many wonderful
raffle and auction items – including trips to Mexico and Italy! It was
a great time to catch up with friends, class alumni, board members
and community supporters of Leadership Gilroy. Thank you to the
event sponsors, donors and all those who helped make the evening
a success!
