As regulars at Rosy ’ s at the Beach , Brooke and Emil understand and appreciate the quality and service at Rosy ’ s . They especially enjoy gathering with a small group of close friends every week for Rosy ’ s Taco Tuesdays where $ 3 grilled salmon tacos are featured . Rosy ’ s offers even more specials every day of the week including Mai Tai Monday ($ 5 Mai Tais and Terriyaki Chicken Skewers 5-9pm ), Tostada Wednesday ($ 3 Mini seafood tostadas 5-9pm ), and Oyster Thursday ($ 1 oysters on the half shell from 5-9pm ).
More great conversation ensued as we enjoyed the delicious and bountiful fare . We had such a great variety of main courses , giving us a great opportunity to taste , share , and compare a wide selection of Rosy ’ s amazing food . We were all quite happy and pleased with the entire experience . It simply could not be better .
Then came dessert .

Banana Bread Pudding and Coco Paradise Sorbetto
As the desserts came out , I stopped paying attention to everyone and everything else . I mean , it ’ s dessert . I ’ m pretty sure we were all excited and delighted at the presentation of Rosy ’ s Banana Bread Pudding ( Oven warmed banana bread , warm whiskey sauce , caramel drizzle , whipped cream ), a fresh and lively Coco Paradise Sorbetto ( sorbet served in a natural shell , caramel sauce , whipped cream ), and an insanely decadent Volcano Lava Cake ( Chocolate lava cake served , vanilla ice cream , chocolate sauce drizzle , whipped cream ). However , I can ’ t be sure . I also can ’ t quote anyone ’ s reaction to the desserts due to my fight or flight / momentary lapse of the “ team ” mentality . I can say we all enjoyed each dessert offering immensely . I ’ ll just wrap up the desserts with , “ Wow !” I also believe that “ sharing is caring ” should stop at dessert . Just saying .
Enjoying every bite of Rosy ’ s amazing fare , we continued chatting about everything under the sun , and focused a lot on relationships and what makes us tick , respectively . The conversation was delightful , engaging , and edifying . We literally stayed til closing , and could have stayed even longer just hanging out , laughing and talking about life , love , passions , and interests .
In addition to our delectable dishes , the craft cocktails were a highlight of our Rosy ' s experience . At Rosy ’ s , each cocktail is expertly crafted with fresh ingredients . So , when you come in , make sure to sip on their signature drinks and let the good vibes of Rosy ' s wash over you . Of course , Rosy ’ s also offers many fun non-alcoholic beverages so all every patron can enjoy the great vibe .
