changes to improve the quality of life for the most vulnerable people in our communities .” The Day on the Ridge crew , made up of over 200 volunteers , has contributed upwards of half a million dollars since their inaugural event in 2017 . The impact for good in our community is immeasurable in the number of individuals assisted , meals and food provided for lowincome families , case management clients , and permanent housing placements for families .
The tireless work of the event staff and volunteers paid off this year . Perfect weather , a great crowd , and a spectacular line-up made the event something special . Hosts Brenda and Shawn Chizanskos opened their home once again , welcoming the community to spend an incredible day in their backyard enjoying music , food , beverages of all sorts , and good times with friends old and new .
