Guests enjoyed the Classical Spanish and Flamenco guitar sounds of Paul “ Paulo ” Renslow as they mingled and strolled around the property , sipping locally sourced wine , beer , and cider .
The wine was from Lion Ranch Vineyards & Winery — a country block away . Local microbrewery Alestake Brewing Co . provided their excellent craft beer . Morgan Hill based Cider Makers Ten Five One Cider Co . was serving up three of their craft ciders : Choir Practice ( hazy cider with a champagne like dryness and a crisp apple finish ), Pineapple Shubbie ( Real Pineapple added to an off dry hard apple cider to maintain its apple flavor with the aroma and mild flavor of pineapple ), and Bada Bing ! ( Morgan Hill grown Borello Family Farms fresh picked Bing Cherries combined with unfiltered hard apple cider to create a subtle very fresh cherry infused cider ).
Chef Margie and team are consummate pros . Each course was artistically plated . From the feedback it was also delicious . A great time was had by all who attended .
